We are relatively a new company started by a couple of ex-militarty, biker guys. Not liking the strict structure of most companies our owner started HardCore Trucking for those that just want to belong to a company of good people over 18 years old and to have fun while rolling down the highways.

First and foremost, we don't have forced dispatch or mileage requirements. You run when you can and as much or as little as you want. Our company is more about the camaraderie of running down the road cutting it up with a bunch of friends, not just about getting miles. We do have drivers that like to hammer out the miles but we also have some that are only able to drive a load here and there. What ever works best for you works for us.

We do require you to run our company paint job during convoys and company events,  and that you put HardCore Trucking as your gamer tag in yellow/orange in the "Players Near Me" window.

We do take our job as drivers here seriously, we love to move freight and we take pride in getting it there quick, efficiently and with no damage. If your serious about being in a company and helping it grow, then we want to talk to you! We are a more relaxed company and not a realistic one.

You can start out here as a driver just running freight then work your way up into also taking on a trainer or management role, it's all up to you!
